If your card is lost, damaged or stolen:

  1. Keep your card in a safe place. If your card has been lost, stolen or damaged, please email rewards@tonyandmarks.com.au. Replacement cards will be issued for an additional fee at our discretion.
  2. You may cancel your card at any time by contacting us directly. 
  3. If a card is cancelled, benefits outstanding will be forfeited.

Your 10-digit Loyalty Card number will be presented at the bottom of your receipt.

Each member can only have one Tony & Mark’s member account. Each member account is linked to one Loyalty Card only. If you would like a Loyalty Card for a family member, they can register for free.

Yes. Family members and friends can become Tony & Mark’s members in their own right.

Having their own Tony & Mark’s Loyalty membership, means friends and family are able to receive offers, benefits and accumulate entries into the monthly prize draw.

Your original card will be cancelled upon replacement request. All remaining points will be transferred to your new Loyalty Card.

The Tony & Mark’s Loyalty Program gives customers the chance to WIN rewards in the monthly draw.

Yes, they do. An unregistered or temporary Tony & Mark’s Loyalty Card will expire 6 months from the date you first scanned it at the checkout.

To prevent this from happening, make sure you register your temporary Tony & Mark’s Loyalty Card online. It only takes a few minutes, and it’s free to join!

When you join, a postal address is required. Our team will send offers we think you might like to your letterbox or inbox. You can opt out of these communications at any time if you wish.

Please note that you’ll still continue to receive service-based communications from Tony & Mark’s, including; account password reset emails, member statements and other non-marketing or offer based communications.

You’ll find your 10-digit number on the back of your Tony & Mark’s Loyalty Card, beneath the barcode. It starts with the number 9.

This means you may have previously registered for a Tony & Mark’s Loyalty account, or a friend or family member has your email address listed in their account.

Your email address must not be in use by another member, this ensures your Tony & Mark’s membership remains relevant to you. For assistance, contact the Tony & Mark’s Loyalty team.

As soon as you become a member, we’ll send you a welcome email. This email will include key information about Tony & Mark’s Loyalty and confirmation of your card number.

Once you successfully sign up, your card is ready to be scanned on your next shop!

If you provided us with an email address, we’ll send you a ‘Welcome’ email confirming your account details, and you can start scanning your card straightaway.

To successfully register your Tony & Mark’s Loyalty Card you’ll need to enter:

Your full name

Your card number

Email address – so we can send you relevant offers and promotions, and verify you when logging into your account or changing account details.

Mobile phone number – to get in touch if we need to, and verify you when logging into your account or changing account details.

Password – so you can access your Tony & Mark’s Loyalty account.

Birthday – to send you rewards to celebrate!

Address – so we can send you offers/promotions.

Click the ‘Log in’ link at the top of any page on the Tony & Mark’s Rewards website.

Login with your email or card number and password. If you have forgotten your password, simply select ‘Forgot password?’ and check your inbox for instructions to reset your password.

Click the ‘verify’ button

– Ensure that Tony & Mark’s Loyalty Rewards or tonyandmarksrewards.com.au is in the address bar of your browser.

– Remember to logout when finished.

– Avoid using the Tony & Mark’s Loyalty website on computers in public places such as internet cafes.

– Keep your devices up to date with the latest software (including any antivirus).

Regularly check your account for any suspicious activity. Be sure to contact us immediately if you find anything that doesn’t appear to be right.

We have very robust security measures in place to protect your account and, like many businesses, we hear of scammers targeting members. With this in mind, we believe it’s important that you take these simple steps to help better protect yourself online.

Usernames and passwords are the entry key to your online accounts. You should look after them just like the keys to your house or your car.

– Keep them to yourself and don’t give them to other people.

– We recommend that you make your passwords strong and secure with at least 8 characters.

– The longer the better. Use upper and lowercase characters with a few numbers and symbols thrown in for good measure.

– Use a different password for each and every site. That way, if the password for one of your accounts is compromised, your other accounts will be safe.

– Change your password regularly.

– You can use a password manager to help generate strong passwords and keep track of them.

Be aware of phishing emails / SMS.
If you receive any suspicious emails, SMS or social media messages pretending to come from Tony & Mark’s, please:

– Forward the email or screenshot of the SMS to privacy@tonyandmarks.com.au

– Do not click on any links or attachments.

– Delete the message immediately.

– Visit SCAM Watch and Stay Smart Online for more information about how to recognise scams and protect yourself online.

Be mindful about the amount of information you disclose about yourself on social networking websites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. An unauthorised person could access these sites to gather information in order to gain access to your accounts.
